Communications: We have a small but well equipped communications office, with telephone, free fax, email and free internet service. You can also use our post office box for receiving mail safely.

Luggage storage: We have a storage room where you can leave your luggage safely – very useful when you go traveling but don't want to take everything with you. We also have a laundry service which you can use if you need to.

Welcoming service: One of our most important services is our policy of meeting students at the airport and taking them to their accommodation, regardless of the time and day of arrival. This service is free, and we find that students are really grateful to be met when they first get here, as this means someone is at hand to help you with any luggage problems, and to get you to your accommodation swiftly and safely.

Tourism: We have a large amount of tourist information, which covers amongst other things, the Amazon jungle, the Galapagos Islands, hiking and mountaineering opportunities, coastal resorts etc. We are always happy to answer your questions about our country and help you organize your travels. We also have links with reliable travel agents who give our students discounts.

Medical information: We hope you won't need this, but we have a list of names and addresses of doctors who speak various foreign languages. We also have a wealth of health related information.

Books and information: As well as our Spanish language library we have a book exchange (many different languages). We also have maps, books and videos about Ecuador with the most recent information.

Emergencies: We provide all students with a phone number for you to call in case of any kind of emergency. This number is answered 24 hours a day.
